What you buy
5 Faser Pro is a subscription that unlocks the journal, insights, trends, experiments, values, relationships, lifeline, community and messaging. The price is SEK 99 per month in Sweden, €9.99 in Europe and $9.99 in the rest of the world, including VAT. New subscriptions start with a 10-day free trial, no card details required.
Who you buy from
The purchase is handled by Paddle, our reseller. Paddle charges your card, sends the receipt and handles VAT and billing. Paddle appears as the recipient on your statement.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Upgrade in the menu, effective at the end of the current period. After cancelling you keep access until the date you have paid up to.
Refunds and cancellation
You have a full 30-day refund right from the date of purchase. Email info@burnedillusions.com within 30 days and the full amount is refunded, no reason needed. As a consumer in the EU you also always have at least the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Acceptable use, content and suspension
The service is for your own personal work. You may not share your account, attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful or abusive content. All material in the service — text, method, design and code — belongs to Burned Illusions; your own entries belong to you. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and refund any unused time.
Your data when you leave
Cancelling the subscription deletes nothing. Your journals, check-ins and insights remain, and you can export or delete everything at any time under Data control.
Changes to the terms
If we change the price or the terms we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. You can always cancel before a change takes effect.
