The method
The programme starts with the individual, not the group average. What is measured is processes over time — not a diagnosis in a moment.
The personal process map
CONTEXT → TRIGGER → FEELING → INTERPRETATION → IMPULSE → ACTION → IMMEDIATE CONSEQUENCE → LATER CONSEQUENCE
Example: conflict → fear and shame → “I'm going to be left” → control or avoidance → brief relief → more distance later.
Daily check-in
30–60 seconds: mood, stress, energy, connection, meaning, urge to escape, sleep — and what affected you most today.
Something happened
When something happens in the moment: what happened, what did you feel, what did you think, what did you want to do, what did you do — and did it help, immediately and later?
Insights with evidence
Every conclusion is graded: observation, emerging pattern, repeated pattern, personal hypothesis, confirmed insight, experiment-supported. You can always answer “that isn't true”.
Tone and safety
Challenge the pattern, never the person. No shame, no contempt, no diagnosis, no coercion — even if you ask for brutality yourself.
The five phases
Identity & fear
Identity cards, life line, fear map and the smallest safe step.
Control & truth
Control circle, truth log and honesty close to relationships.
Purpose, love & death
Values, the gap between importance and reality, legacy.
Freedom, acceptance & gratitude
Chain inventory, resistance map and free action.
Presence, forgiveness & relationships
Closeness, conflict, support and inner freedom over time.
After phase 5 the Eternity Loop takes over. No one gets “completed” — it becomes self-leadership.
How it sounds
Like this
“On 7 of 9 recorded occasions, a stronger urge to escape followed nights with less sleep. That's a pattern, not proof of cause. Do you recognise it?”
Never like this
“Your lack of sleep is causing your addiction.”
Non-negotiables
- A person is not their data.
- Hypothesis before verdict.
- Agency before obedience.
- Curiosity before certainty in tone.
- Behaviour can be challenged — human worth cannot.
- The individual before the group average.
- Every insight must trace back to evidence.
- You can always say: that isn't true.
